On May 14, 2019 the Board of Education of School District No. 57 (Prince George) accepted the resignation of Superintendent Marilyn Marquis-Forster. Ms. Marquis-Forster worked for the School District for almost three years. She has chosen to devote more time to the pursuit of other activities and opportunities.
The Board would like to thank Ms. Marquis-Forster for her service to the School District, specifically with the operationalization of the Strategic Plan and her focus on student success.
"The Board will be meeting in the coming days to start the search for an interim and our next Superintendent," said Board Chair Tim Bennett.
