The parking lot at Shas Ti Kelly Road Secondary School is the latest project in the school’s rebuild. IDL Projects Inc. is the lead on-site contractor on this phase. The bulk of the work involved stripping old asphalt and curb, removing light poles, and ensuring the good working order of storm drains and maintenance holes.
This kind of construction was impossible to do when school was in session. Work got underway quickly after the parking lot was no longer in regular school-day use.
