PURCHASING, SUPPLY & FLEET
Our Purchasing team is comprised of three staff members responsible for
the procurement of a diverse range of goods and services for School District
No. 57 senior administration, schools and departments.
• Fleet (vehicle)
management / leases
• Source, select and
monitor long and short term supplies and equipment contracts
• Originate legal
purchasing documents; Tenders, RFQ's, RFP's, NOI's, etc.
• Liaison between
vendors and end users for overall supply and service satisfaction.
• Centrally monitor and approve all
purchases originated at school(s) and various departments throughout the
• Ensure fair (legal) bidding process
is practised and enforced among schools/departments to attain best overall
value per public dollar spent.
