Provincial Exams Schedule
- Provincial exams must be written on the day/time they are offered. They may not be re-scheduled.
- All Provincial Examinations are designed to be completed within two hours, but, Students are permitted up to an additional 60 minutes, if required.

Provincial Exam results for January exams will be available at the beginning of March and the June exams will be available at the end of July. If you have already created your account you will need your 9 digit Personal Education Number (PEN) located at the top of your report card and your password. If you have not created an account you can create one.
Transcripts will be mailed from the Ministry of Education to grads at the end of July or beginning of August to the address the school has on file. If you require a copy and the school is not open they can be ordered through the Ministry of Education.
Diplomas will be sent to the school to be signed by the principal and will be available for pick up at the school approximately the end of September.
