GRAD TRANSITIONS

All students MUST have a meeting with their counsellor BEFORE starting their grad transitions. Deadline for meeting will be in November 5, 2018. Transitions are due in January 18, 2019.

THE NEW ONLINE STS (Student Transcript Service) for PSI (Post Secondary Institutions)

Grade 12 students who are applying to a post-secondary institution must complete the Online STS (Student Transcript Service) by June 30 if they have not already done so.  Admission offers may be delayed or denied if students do not authorize the release of their transcript data via the Online STS (Student Transcript Service) . 

Students wishing to have their marks forwarded in the early admission transfer to BC Electronic Online STS (Student Transcript Service) and the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) must submit their selections by April 30.

BC DOGWOOD PLANNER & GRAD PLANNER

The Student Certification Branch has published the BC Dogwood Planner, an annual document published in January for students in Grade 12. The BC Dogwood Planner is a companion document of the Grad Planner addressing the top questions from students in their graduation year.

TRANSCRIPTS AND CERTIFICATES

Grad Transcripts will be mailed from the ministry to grads at the end of July or beginning of August.

Transcripts can be ordered through the Ministry of Education.

Diplomas will be sent to the school to be signed by the principal and will be available for pick up at the school approximately the end of September.
