Dakelh Language

Hadih,

Welcome to our Dakelh language page.   The link below will connect to the Lheidli Dictionary which is the language taught at our school.

Our students will continue learning the Lheidli dialect this year.  We will continue with the Dakleh word of the week and are committed to incorporating common words and phrases into our daily learning.  For pronunciation of the word of the week, please use the link below to connect to the Lheidli Dictionary.

The First Voices homepage will connect you to the site and you can choose other languages.  First Voices is an excellent site which is full of resources, pronunciation guides, and games.

This page will only have the current word of the week.  For past words from previous weeks, please refer to our Learning Commons website.
