Board Meeting Agendas
The Board will continue to limit in person attendance until further notice in response to the COVID 19 pandemic. The change has been made to respect the social distancing strategy and to comply with the Provincial Health Officer's order restricting the size of gatherings.
As per Policy 1120 - Access to the Board, the public input period of 30 minutes at the start of the meeting, with each person being limited to five minutes will be facilitated through either submission of comments to a dedicated email at firstname.lastname@example.org
An application can be made through the Secretary Treasurer by email to email@example.com to attend in person as space permits. Email applications to attend in person must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to the regular public meeting. Applicants will be contacted by email the Tuesday morning of the Board meeting to advise if they are able to attend and to outline the procedures for attendance.
In the event the district receives more applicants than can be accommodated a random draw will be held for selection purposes.
