The meeting dates for 2016/17 are as follows:

- June 20 (this meeting was previously scheduled for June 27)
Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held in the boardroom at the Central Administration Office - 2100 Ferry Avenue, Prince George. Agendas are published the Friday prior to each meeting and are available online and at the meeting.
As per Policy 1120 (Access to the Board), one half hour is set aside at the beginning of each meeting to receive informal public input. Any individual or group may make a presentation during this time. To do so, simply sign up on the speakers's list, which is available 15 nminutes prior to the meeting.
