Our Purchasing team is comprised of three staff members responsible for the procurement of a diverse range of goods and services for School District No. 57 senior administration, schools and departments.


             Fleet (vehicle) management / leases

             Source, select and monitor long and short term supplies and equipment contracts

             Originate legal purchasing documents; Tenders, RFQ's, RFP's, NOI's, etc.

             Liaison between vendors and end users for overall supply and service satisfaction.

             Centrally monitor and approve all purchases originated at school(s) and various departments throughout the District.

             Ensure fair (legal) bidding process is practised and enforced among schools/departments to attain best overall value per public dollar spent.
