This session will cover topics including; numeracy and literacy, academic level assessments, district plans for improving education and educational outcomes, supporting your child's education and development, and how data from Student Learning Surveys is used.

Online Kindergarten Registration for September 2022 opens February 1, 2022
Children whose fifth birthday falls on or before December 31, 2022 are eligible to enter Kindergarten in September 2022. Registration must be completed through an online form. Once the online form has been submitted, all required documents should be submitted to the school within one week to finalize the registration.

applications must be made to your catchment school if not applying to a choice
school. If you are applying to a choice school, it is not necessary to also
apply to your catchment school. To find your catchment school please use our

Choice school catchments are the entire district and can be applied to by anyone living within the SD57 school district area. These include Aboriginal, French Immersion, Montessori and Traditional.

Children wishing to attend school outside of their catchment area should first register at their catchment school, then can request a transfer through the Student Transfer Process. The Online Student Transfer Process for September 2022 will be open from February 14, 2022 to February 25, 2022.
