Parent Sponsored Dry Grad 2022-2023

The Parent Sponsored Dry Grad committee is looking for volunteers to help make your grade 12's final year memorable by hosting a Dry Grad and Prom. PLEASE NOTE: ALL EVENTS AND FUNDRAISING IS DONE BY PARENTS AND STUDENTS INVOLVED WITH PARENT SPONSORED DRY GRAD, FOR DRY GRAD.  NONE OF THE EVENTS ARE SCHOOL DISTRICT 57 EVENTS.

Oct 26 - Parent Grad meeting with Parent Sponsored Dry Grad, 7 pm in the Multipurpose Room

Nov 2 - Parent Sponsored Dry Grad meeting at 7 pm in the Multipurpose Room
Nov 3 - Grad Wear, Survey, Info, Sponsor letter.pdf handed out at Nov 2 meeting & emailed to parents/students, forms available at office
Nov 10 - Dry Grad/Prom Survey due to office
Nov 16 - Parent Sponsored Dry Grad meeting 7 pm in the Multipurpose Room

Dec 1 - Poinsettia pick up outside the office 3:30-5 pm
Dec 8 - Parent Sponsored Dry Grad meeting at 7 pm in the Multipurpose Room CANCELLED

Jan 11 & 13 - 2023 Grad Wear Order Form.pdf and samples in room 131 at lunch and period 3
Jan 25 - Grad Wear order forms and money due to the office by 3 pm
Jan 31 - 50/50 Raffle ticket and money due 

Feb 1 - Dry Grad fee of $105 and form due
Feb 1-17 - Ashworth Bedding Fundraiser  GRAD 2023 ASHWORTH BEDDING FUNDRAISER (jotform.com)
Feb 15 - Dry Grad meeting (for Parents volunteering only) 6-7 pm in the MPR
Feb  - OTL bottle clean up
Feb 28 - Dry Grad Hoodie pick up 2:30 - 4 pm, consultation room just down the hall from the school office on the left

March 8 - Dry Grad/Prom meeting 7-8 pm in the MPR

May 27 - Dry Grad - Roller Dome
June 10 - Prom Photos - CHSS has UNBC booked 1-5 pm, class photo 2 pm
June 10 - Prom at the Hart Community Centre

ASHWORTH BEDDING FUNDRAISEROrders can be placed Feb 1st thru Feb 17th.For each item purchased Ashworth will donate $10 to CHSS Dry Grad.All payments will be thru eTransfer via the online order form in link below.P/U will be at JoAnn's home in College Heights. We anticipate that to be prior to Spring Break. Will provide details when available.The Grad who generates the most sales will win a prize pack of Zyia Athletic Wear generously donated by Joann Gail.Lets share this link with everyone we know!
