I know that every single interaction I have ever had with students, colleagues, and families has been a reminder of what it means to be human.  Living every minute of every day (which includes sleepless nights) as a teacher has taught me that vision is the North Star by which to navigage through difficult choices. One idea picked up by a team is like launching a rocket.  There is lift off, you defy gravity and then you enter the realm of stars. You glance back to this precious blue and green planet of ours, and you know that one school community can make a difference.

Thank you for the six most influential, invigorating, and inspirational years of my teaching career. I may not be present in body in the years of Montessori education to come, but I will be there in spirit.
