Music is a valued part of our school.  All classes receive music classes, and students learn about rhythm, beat, melody, and much more.  All students are able to use percussion instruments at times, and some learn recorder, ukulele and other instruments.  After school programs include El Sistema which is a program designed for students in grade 1 to learn the violin and then continue throughout their school years.  In addition the District 57  Tapestry Singers, is hosted here at Quinson on Thursdays.
