​Secondary School Transcripts and Certificates may be ordered online securely using VISA, Mastercard, or American Express if you meet one of the following criteria:

• graduated before 1974 or after 1985 in BC or Yukon Territory or

• attended Grade 12 between 1986 and today, or

• you completed a Grade 12 course after 1985 or

• you attended Grade 12 prior to 1974 in the University or Academic Technical Program (transcripts only)

Fees and Delivery Service

Transcripts

• Regular delivery service costs $10.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy. Processing and delivery by regular mail takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
• Rush delivery service costs $25.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy going to the same address. Rush transcripts sent to more than one address will cost $25.00 each.  Processing and deliver by courier takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Certificates

• Regular delivery service costs $10.00 for each certificate. Certificates are produced at the Ministry and then sent to the graduating secondary school for an official to sign.
