Notice to Parents, Students, and Former Students
Elementary schools will be closed for the summer effective 3:00 pm on June 27, 2025. They will reopen during the week of August 25, 2025.
Secondary schools will be closed for summer effective 3:00 pm on July 4, 2025. (Closed to observe Canada Day July 1). They will reopen during the week of August 25, 2025.
Items held at schools are only available when schools are open and must be requested before schools close for the summer or after they reopen for the new school year.
Transcripts and certificates can be requested through the Government of BC website.
The main School Board Office will be closed for summer effective 3:30 pm on July 4, 2025. It will reopen during the week of August 25, 2025. During the period of July 7 to August 22 visitors to the School Board Office will be admitted by appointment only.
